Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Refunds

•Full refunds, minus any transaction fees, are allowed 15-days (or more) prior the start date of a class.
•Half refunds, minus transaction fees, are given within the 7-14 day period before a class date.
•No refunds for cancellation 6 days before class start date. Full forfeiture is in effect during this time period. 

Rescheduling

Reschedules are allowed to occur one time during the current calendar year, if prompted by the customer and requested 15 days before the scheduled course date. Rescheduling due to severe weather will be coordinated by Ride On Academy staff and is subject to availability. All rescheduling must occur within the same calendar year.

No-Show Policy

No-show student(s) forfeit class seat and payment. Student(s) are identified as a no-show 15 minutes after class begins. Rescheduling, if offered, is subject to rescheduling policy.
